CrowdSurfr
CrowdSurfr is an event discovery and access platform for people who want a simpler way to find real-world events and manage entry. Depending on the event, users can discover what is happening, join a waitlist when capacity is limited, secure a ticket and keep event access in one place.
Find events and experiences you actually want to be part of, with the essential information kept clear and easy to scan.
When an event is full, eligible users may join a waitlist. Released capacity can then move to the next person in line.
For supported events, CrowdSurfr can keep ticket and entry information together so access is straightforward at the door.
CROWDSURFR ApS is a Danish software company operating CrowdSurfr.

CrowdSurfr is built for real-world events. These rules explain the behaviour we expect and how we respond when safety, trust or ticket integrity is at risk.
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, intimidate or deliberately endanger other attendees, organisers, artists, staff or CrowdSurfr users. Unwanted sexual conduct, hate speech, targeted abuse and credible threats are not permitted.
Tickets and ticket codes must only be used by the person currently entitled to use them. Do not copy, counterfeit, sell, scrape, automate claims, manipulate waitlists or attempt to bypass ticket limits or access controls. A ticket may be cancelled if fraud, duplication or misuse is detected.
You must comply with venue rules, lawful instructions from event staff, age restrictions and applicable law. Event organisers and venues may refuse admission or remove attendees when reasonably necessary for safety, security or rule enforcement.
Do not use CrowdSurfr to facilitate violence, fraud, theft, unlawful drug activity, weapons offences or other illegal conduct. Never interfere with venue safety systems or emergency procedures.
Report suspected ticket fraud, harassment, unsafe event information or other serious concerns to trust@crowdsurfr.com. Include the event name and enough detail for us to investigate. For immediate danger or an emergency, contact the local emergency services or venue staff first.
Depending on severity and available evidence, CrowdSurfr may investigate, preserve relevant records, restrict features, cancel tickets, suspend or terminate accounts, notify an organiser or venue, or cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.
If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, contact trust@crowdsurfr.com. We will review reasonable appeals and correct mistakes where appropriate.

CROWDSURFR ApS, CVR 45005682, Baldersgade 4, 4., 2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains what CrowdSurfr collects, why we use it, who receives it, how long we keep it and the rights available to you.
Depending on how you use CrowdSurfr, we may process account details such as email address, phone number, name and authentication identifiers; event activity such as ticket claims, waitlists, favourites and rewards; ticket identifiers and validation records; device/app information needed for security, diagnostics and notifications; communications with support; and transaction information if paid services are introduced. We do not need your password in readable form and do not store it ourselves.
We process data to create and secure accounts, provide tickets and event features, perform contracts or take steps at your request, operate customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve service reliability. Where required, optional marketing, tracking or certain notifications are based on consent. Security and service-improvement processing may rely on our legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Where necessary to provide event access, verify a ticket, manage capacity or resolve an event issue, relevant ticket or attendee information may be made available to the organiser or venue for that event. We aim to limit the information to what is necessary for the stated purpose.
We use service providers for functions such as cloud hosting, databases, authentication, email/SMS delivery, crash/security monitoring and, where applicable, payments. These providers process data under contractual and legal safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Some providers or their subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, and assess additional protections where required.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here. Account and ticket data is generally retained while the account or relevant event relationship remains active and then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required for fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims or another legal obligation. Backup copies may remain for a limited technical retention period before being overwritten.
Subject to the GDPR and applicable Danish law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data, object to certain processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent at any time for future processing based on consent. You can initiate account deletion in the app or contact privacy@crowdsurfr.com.
Contact privacy@crowdsurfr.com if you have privacy questions or wish to exercise a right. You also have the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority. In Denmark, the supervisory authority is Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency).
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data, including access controls, authenticated sessions, encrypted network transport and database access rules. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your device and account credentials as well.
CrowdSurfr is not intended to collect personal data from children in circumstances where parental consent is legally required without obtaining the required consent. Individual events may impose higher age limits.
CrowdSurfr does not currently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing. If that changes, this policy and the user experience will be updated as required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our service, providers or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and the effective date will be updated.

These Terms govern your use of the CrowdSurfr app and services operated by CROWDSURFR ApS, CVR 45005682, Baldersgade 4, 4., 2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.
CrowdSurfr helps users discover events, apply for or secure tickets, join waitlists and manage event access. Features may differ by event. The event page or checkout, where applicable, should identify the organiser and the party responsible for the event or paid transaction.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You must meet any age, identity, membership or invitation requirements shown for an event. A ticket does not override lawful venue restrictions, capacity rules or safety requirements.
A secured CrowdSurfr ticket may be represented by a unique QR code and readable ticket code. Tickets may be personal, limited in quantity and subject to event-specific transfer rules. Copying or sharing a ticket code may cause the ticket to be rejected or cancelled. Waitlists are first-in, first-out. When ticket capacity is released, the next eligible user in line is promoted automatically. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee admission.
Where an event or service is paid, the total price, applicable taxes/fees, payment terms and contracting party must be shown before you commit to pay. CrowdSurfr may use third-party payment providers. We will not add optional paid items through pre-selected choices.
Event organisers may change, postpone or cancel events. Any refund entitlement depends on the applicable event terms, the identity of the contracting party and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Under EU consumer rules, the usual 14-day withdrawal right generally does not apply to services related to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, such as many event tickets. Where the exception does not apply, any statutory withdrawal rights remain available.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, automate abusive ticket claims, submit unlawful content or use CrowdSurfr in a way that harms other users, organisers or the platform.
CrowdSurfr and its software, branding and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Event names, artist material, images and third-party marks may belong to organisers, artists or other rights holders.
Events, venues, organisers, payment providers and external links may be operated by third parties. CrowdSurfr is responsible for its own service, but is not responsible for a third party’s acts or omissions except where applicable law makes CrowdSurfr responsible.
We work to keep CrowdSurfr available and accurate, but temporary interruptions and errors can occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowdSurfr is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Danish or EU law, including mandatory consumer protections.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud or address material breaches of these Terms. You may stop using CrowdSurfr and request account deletion through the app.
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. The effective date above shows when this version applies.
These Terms are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Contact privacy@crowdsurfr.com first with complaints or questions. Consumers may also have access to public consumer-dispute mechanisms applicable in their jurisdiction.
